PRIVACY POLICY:  All data collected (eg: Names, Address, Phone number, etc) are used strictly for the purpose of room reservation and billing only.  All data is strictly for internal use only and we will never share your data with any other 3rd party. 

ALL BOOKINGS: To confirm reservations, valid credit card details are required.

PAYMENT:  Full payment is required upon arrival. Please note that although rooms are paid in full at the commencement of your stay,

 Payment via credit or debit card will incur a surcharge of up to 3%.



Cancellations made prior to 10am on the day before arrival date will incur no penalty.  

Cancellations made after 10am the day before arrival date and a NO SHOW will forfeit 1 night’s payment and further nights will be automatically cancelled.

Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card given at time of booking.

*** Cancellation fees may be waived in exceptional circumstances ***


DISCOUNTED RATE:  These may change if guests depart earlier than the date specified on the booking form.

Once guests stay has commenced, they become financially liable for the entire booking unless by agreement of management.

NO PARTIES POLICY:  Motel24seven has a strict no parties' policy.

NO EXTRA PERSONS to stay other than those guests booked in.

Extra persons to the number booked in will be considered trespassers and asked to vacate the premises.

NO PETS:   No pets permitted indoors at any accommodation type.


NOISE: Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. If any noise complaints are received from the neighbouring residents you may be asked to leave the premises immediately. Your payment for the accommodation will not be refunded.


LOSS or DAMAGE to PROPERTY: The registered guest will serviced daily be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to property caused during his/her stay.

In the case of needing excessive cleaning, the registered guest will also be financially responsible. This will automatically be charged to your credit card.

** All breakages, damages, lost, or missing items must be paid for, with the charge made against your credit card to cover replacement or repair costs.


CLEANING: All accommodation sites will be cleaned prior to your arrival and daily unless otherwise requested by you.  

Long stay “UNserviced Rate” rooms will have full service and linen change weekly (week days between 5 & 7 days)  Your room may be checked alternate days for removal of rubbish,  replacement of wet towels and vacuuming if needed.

Please note there are no cleaning services on weekends.


NO SMOKING: All rooms, units, apartments and houses are non-smoking.     Smoking indoors will incur a $200 fee for extra cleaning.


LOST KEYS: Lost keys may be charged a $150 replacement cost. (AS WE WOULD BE REQUIRED TO CHANGE THE LOCKS.)


RESTAURANT CHARGE-BACKS: With prior arrangement Charge Back meals from a range of restaurants is available.  These costs will be added to your account with 1% added.­­­­­
